Cooper's bedroom makeover

Cooper's bedroom has been in need of some sort of decorating/organization for years. My friend gave me a full size mattress and mentioned that it would be fun to surprise him and redo his room one day while gets was at school.

I decided to attempt to build him a new bed, so that took some time to finish. But after a really long day of work yesterday, it is finished!! ( ok, except  for the curtains that I need to exchange today because they didn't end up working... umm and the crown molding I feel compelled to put up to hide the crappy ceiling to wall line...)

U of M vs. Alabama

Shanda and I are at Hilton Head South Carolina for four days without the kids. This has been a break through weekend - she has decided she loves watching football, dressing up in her hot U of M #1 jersey and ordering all the bar food she can handle. Game has not started and she has already ordered fried pickles, fish and chips and contemplating the Nachos. Go blue!!!!!
